  • How much does show entry cost?

$10.00 / adult (18 +)

$5.00 / school children (preschool children FREE)

$5.00 concession

$30.00 family ( 2 adults and children to 16 years)

  • When is the show?

Check out our upcoming show date, found on the Home page.

  • Will there be rides?

Yes, there will be a selection of rides for children and the young at heart​

  • Will there be food?

Yes, along with a great variety of stallholders the Show Committee runs a canteen, dining room, bar and multiple BBQ's around the site with a great variety of delicious homecooked food and beverage options.

  • Is there an ATM at the showground?

Unfortunately, there is not, so plan to bring cash with you, for gate entry, rides, competitions and food.

If you run out of cash there are multiple ATMs in Blayney's main street - a 2-minute drive away. Some stallholders may have EFTPOS- but the grounds do not have WiFi or ATM's.

  • What time do the different events around the show start?

  • What competitions are there?

See our Show schedule or investigate all the individual Blayney Show competitions.

  • When will the current schedule be available?

Early in the new year, prior to the upcoming show.

  • Where can I find entry forms and indemnity waivers to enter competitions?

Go to the Entry forms, Waivers and Schedule page.​

  • Can I enter any competitions on the day?

It depends on the competition. Some competitions have to be entered prior to show day, but some don't. To find out what's involved to enter, when to enter, cut-off dates, entry fees, prizes and who to contact, go to its individual page found on the Competitions page menu.​

  • If I have paid show entry do I have to pay for entering competitions?

Yes. If you plan to enter or have entered a competition you still must pay the gate entry. The committee uses the small funds we acquire from show day to consistently make improvements to the Showground site each year to make Blayney Show the sensational event it is.

  • Can I book a spot for my trade display, stall or sideshow exhibit?

Yes, you are welcome to do so. contact our Grounds Steward and find out about prices and requirements by going to the Stallholders, Trade displays and Sideshow inquiries page,

  • Is there WiFi at the showground for trade displays, stallholders and sideshow exhibit banking?

Unfortunately, there is no WiFi on the grounds, so possibly plan to bring​ your own network booster.

  • Can I become a volunteer or an annual member?

Yes, our committee is made up of volunteermembers. To find out more contact our Secretary or speak to any of our Stewards. Find out more at the memberships page. ​
